Please read below for information concerning your online account balance and Dance Extreme class rates!
You can now register ONLINE or IN-PERSON at Dance Extreme for all our programs!

NEW TO DANCE EXTREME OR THE PERFORMING ARTS PRESCHOOL:

Click on the REGISTER button
Follow prompts to fill in appropriate information. Be sure to take note of your login and password as this will allow you to access your account at any time.
Register your family first and then set up your child(ren) under your account.
Once this is done you can begin to register for camp.
Payment is due within 14 days and you will receive a statement from Dance Extreme following your online enrollment.
CURRENTLY REGISTERED AT DANCE EXTREME (including My Smart Hands or Crock-A-Doodle programs):
To register for any program you will need your email address that was provided at time of enrollment and your password.

Click on the LOGIN button using your email and password. Register for the camp of your choice.
IN-PERSON:
To help speed up the registration process, please print the appropriate form. Fill in the required information and bring it to the office.
TO SAVE YOU TIME IN THE OFFICE PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE PRINTED ALL APPLICABLE FORMS TO COMPLETE YOUR REGISTRATION.
WAIVER - In order to complete your online registration a Recreational Registration Waiver must be signed and payment submitted (Credit Card Authorization Form or Automated Withdrawal Forms applicable). If you are attending any of our Adult Programs please fill out the Adult Waiver.
You can mail or drop off to Dance Extreme.
RATES:
Sibling Discount -
At Dance Extreme we offer 10% sibling discount when more than one child is registered in dance classes. The discount goes to the child with the least hours of class.
Multiple Class Discount -
In addition to this when you take multiple classes a multiple class discount starting at 20% is applied. This discount is increased up to 40% as you take more classes.
YOUR BALANCE ON STUDIO DIRECTOR (this will show up on your account once you have registered your child)
Please note that our registration software, upon registering will calculate your first month payment owing as well as the registration fee. This does not properly reflect your monthly or yearly payment. We do not allow payment online at this time, so we ask that if you have questions regarding your balance owing you call us and that you come into the office to pay your registration fee and confirm your payment plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To request a refund our Refund Request Form must be filled out. Our refund policy is cleared stated on the waiver form. For all other programs, please read our refund request form for all refund policies.
